Below is a screenshot of one of the expense worksheets. Each expense worksheet has 365 days or 12-months allowing the user to enter and view business expenses side-by-side for an entire year. The monthly totals are automatically calculated. The user will not have to enter any data in the Annual Summary and the Quarterly Summary. Totals will automatically calculate totals in the Annual Summary and Quarterly Summary after expenses are entered in the expense worksheets.
To ensure consistency and accuracy of calculations on each worksheet, the format, formulas, and structure of the workbook cannot be modified. The formulas have already been entered for your convenience. This will relieve the user of stress trying to calculate monthly totals, quarterly totals, and annual totals.
